The work unfolds across three interconnected planes:

The Intro Session
Every journey begins by entering the field.
Together we explore a meaningful question or life situation while learning to recognize the quality of the field through direct embodied experience.
You then continue a seven-day observation cycle, allowing the work to naturally unfold in daily life before deciding whether to continue.

Integration
The work continues beyond each session through observation and lived experience, allowing the methodology to become embodied rather than intellectual.
Independence
The purpose of the methodology is not ongoing dependence on a practitioner, but to cultivate the capacity to consciously perceive, navigate, and work with reality independently throughout your life.
